Strategic Projects Lead

Salary: £20,485
Based in our Head Office in Knowsley, Home working during Covid
12 month fixed term contract
The North West Air Ambulance Charity provides rapid pre-hospital care needed to make a life changing difference. We operate three helicopters, flying 365 days a year with doctors and paramedics on board providing emergency medical treatment when time is critical.
We are currently investing in our Income and Engagement team and growing sustainable income for the future to increase our lifesaving work.
Main duties and responsibilities
The role will report to the Director of Income and Engagement and will provide strategic oversight and support for the Income and Engagement Directorate to manage and co-ordinate strategic projects across the Charity. You will be responsible for identifying and facilitating opportunities for enhancing engagement and income across income streams and Marketing. You will play a key role in encouraging collaborative team working on charity-wide strategic projects and initiatives including digital innovation and supporter experience, your work will inform and support future strategy.
The Candidate
You will have strong experience of relationship management in the third sector, project management. You will have strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have experience of project management and the skills to research new technologies and fundraising initiatives to help support and inform new innovation.
